For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.5 Prohibited Persons. 3.1 Account Security. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days of request may result in account suspension.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. qqawin reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances, subject to prior written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in to qqawin.

3.5 Account Information Accuracy. You represent that all information provided to qqawin is true, accurate, current, and complete. Any misrepresentation of personal information — including name, age, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of balance.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. qqawin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash payment. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at qqawin's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100.00 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the qqawin deposit page. qqawin does not charge fees on standard deposits, though payment service providers may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to verified qqawin accounts are processed within five (5) business minutes for GCash and Maya transactions during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. qqawin reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. 5.4 Bonus Expiry. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account wallet without compensation.

5.6 Bonus Abuse. qqawin employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee a win regardless of outcome ("hedging"), low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk, and coordination between players to exploit promotional offers. qqawin reserves the right to void winnings and forfeit bonuses where abuse is identified.

6.1 Fair Play. qqawin is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the platform use certified RNG software that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. 6.2 Technical Errors. 10.1 Termination by qqawin. qqawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) qqawin reasonably suspects the player of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering; (c) the player's account is identified as a duplicate account; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose qqawin to regulatory or legal risk.

10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for cause, qqawin reserves the right to withhold and void any balance that relates to funds obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity. Real money balances held in good faith by players whose accounts are terminated for reasons other than fraud or misconduct will be returned via the player's registered payment method following KYC verification.

10.3 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your qqawin account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification.

11.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the qqawin platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11.2 Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and to the relevant regulatory authorities of the Philippines as applicable to online gaming disputes, including PAGCOR where relevant.

11.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law, including your right to seek redress through appropriate government agencies and tribunals.

12.1 qqawin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, or as otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.

12.2 Your continued use of the qqawin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should immediately cease use of the platform and request account closure.
