qqawin Privacy Policy

• Customer support: Responding to queries, resolving disputes, and maintaining records of support interactions.
• Marketing communications: Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates to players who have provided valid consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
• Platform improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the qqawin platform, game offerings, and user experience.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, qqawin processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and qqawin — including account registration, game access, and payment processing — is conducted on the basis that it is necessary to fulfill the terms of service you agreed to.

6.1 qqawin does not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, GrabPay, and other payment service providers receive only the data necessary to process your specific transaction.
• Identity verification providers: Licensed KYC and identity verification partners who assist qqawin in confirming player identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

6.2 All third-party recipients of qqawin player data who act as Personal Information Processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to process personal data only in accordance with qqawin's instructions and applicable Philippine data privacy law.

7.1 qqawin retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for such further period as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet the regulatory retention requirements applicable to licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.

7.2 The following minimum retention periods apply:

• Account and identity records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure or last activity, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA record-keeping obligations.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AMLA requirements.
• Gaming activity records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session.
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer where the communication relates to an unresolved dispute.
• Marketing preference records: Retained for as long as they remain accurate and until withdrawn by you, plus an additional period as evidence of consent.

7.3 Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with qqawin's data disposal procedures.

8.1 qqawin implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and qqawin's servers;
• Encryption at rest for stored sensitive personal and financial data;
• One-way cryptographic hashing for account passwords — qqawin staff cannot view your password;

11.2 If qqawin becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the minimum age, that account will be immediately suspended, the data will be securely deleted (subject to any legally required retention), and any associated balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

11.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered a qqawin account using your details or their own, please contact qqawin support immediately at the details provided in Section 13.

12.1 qqawin reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, new regulatory requirements, or platform improvements. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

12.2 Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how qqawin processes your personal data or your rights as a data subject — qqawin will notify registered players via email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

12.3 Your continued use of the qqawin platform after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy. If you do not agree with a material change to this policy, you may request account closure prior to the effective date.
